4. Platform Role
Festovee is a B2B marketplace platform. It does not manufacture, store, or own listed products. Transactions and liabilities are strictly between buyers and suppliers.
5. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Avoid fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior.
- Do not disrupt or misuse platform infrastructure.
6. Listings & Transactions
Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, compliance, and fulfillment. Buyers must review all details carefully before placing orders.
7. Payments & Fees
Festovee may charge service fees or commissions. All payments are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
8. Shipping & Logistics
Festovee may assist through third-party logistics partners but does not guarantee delivery timelines or assume liability for shipping issues.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software belong to Festovee. Sellers retain ownership of their assets while granting Festovee a license to display them.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal or restricted goods.
- Counterfeit or infringing products.
- Fee circumvention.
- Manipulating reviews or ratings.
11. Data Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
Festovee shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last three months.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
