Buyers agree to provide accurate information and pay for products they order. Buyers should communicate any issues with sellers through the platform.
 

4. Commission and Fees
Festovee operates on a commission-based model. Sellers agree to pay commissions based on their chosen visibility tier. All fees will be transparently communicated before any transactions.
 

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos on Festovee are the property of their respective owners. Users agree not to misuse or infringe on intellectual property rights.
 

6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
Festovee is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including product quality or delivery issues.
